Anyone who wishes to participate in the conference can create an account on this website and make the payment to participate in this conference. If you wish to present your work then you should prepare an abstract as per the conference guidelines and submit it using the tool integrated with registration link. If accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email and presentation guidelines as per conference timelines.

Yes. This conference is inviting world's leading scientists and experts in the area of phytotechnology as speakers. This conference will provide you ample opportunity to network with speakers, panelists and other participants. Therefore, even if you do not present an abstract and present your work, you will have very rich scientific experience.

Yes. We are providing all the support to get the conference visa, for selected participants. For that first you need to login and register for the conference by entering your details before July 15 th , 2024. These details will be sent to concerned Government of India ministries for approval. Based on the approval and the procedure of the concerned Government of India ministries, conference visa will be issued as and when you apply for the same in your respective countries.  Therefore, you are strongly advised register in the conference website before July 15 th , 2024. Participation in the conference using a tourist visa is strongly discouraged.

Participants are advised that, the intimation to the Indian embassies in the countries of the respective registered participants for the issuance of conference visas will be made available by September 1, 2024. Hence, participants are recommended to apply for the conference visa starting from September 1, 2024.

Please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference organisers cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.

NB: Participants should check the deadlines for registration and there will be no extension for this date.

Yes. For participation and presentation it is not necessary to be an IPS member. But for IPS members there will be reduction in registration fee. For applying for IPS membership link is provided in this website.

It is advised to register for the conference in advance. In certain unavoidable circumstances, if the organizers are convinced, on-spot registration may be permitted.

You can register yourself with the accompanying person at the time of registration and make the payment for the accompanying person as per conference guidelines.  Accompanying person will get the same access to the conference as you but will not get a participation certificate and other conference materials . 

No. This conference is available only in offline mode.

Transportation (to and fro) will be arranged from the airport to the places of accommodation given in the conference website, provided that the dates of arrival and departure is falling between Oct 21-25, 2024.

The registration fee includes conference materials and food starting from breakfast on Oct 22 and till lunch on Oct 24, 2024, which will be served in the conference venue.

The details are given in the conference web site. The trips are arranged by a licensed tour operator. The bookings have to be directly made with the tour operators. Conference committee will not bear any other responsibility with regard to the sight-seeing trips.
